Refund amount will be processed to the original payment method within 3-4 days from the date we receive the returned product.

Replacement product will be shipped on the same day of the query so that you don't have to wait for your product. 

When your product arrives, check for any external damages, issues with the packaging, or if it looks tampered with. If you spot anything off, damaged or an incorrect courier—reach out to us. Share photos or videos to help us understand your experience, and we’ll happily help you.

To make the process smooth, we ask that you return the unused product with all the original items—manuals, warranty card, accessories, and packaging. When our logistics partner picks up the product, you’ll receive a pickup acknowledgment.
